The more we discover the more incorrect this becomes, they keep finding and announcing that homosapiens have divergent evolutionary paths and that the "african birth home" is actually incorrect and its more likely that homosapiens traveled from europe into the african continent where they interbred with closely related hominids of a different "race" or lineage altogether. Neither, there is evidence showing that races are evolutionarily seperate by enough genetic variation to be considered seperate species. And genetic variations among people of the same race typically pass the malfunctioning spectrum of interbred after just 2 removals...so your 3rd cousin is so far from you it will never be considered inbreeding
