This guy's worse than the one in Florida. The Florida one was in a confusing area with a lot of construction, and made a stupid decision expecting people going 80+ mph to stop and let him turn his semi around. 45 years is not a useful prison sentence for anyone, he needs to be deported though at the end of whatever sentence he gets.

The New York one was over three times the legal limit for alcohol for commercial drivers. He drove on the wrong side of the road. He shows no remorse. Throw the book at him. Give him a long prison sentence and deport him afterward.

Both should get lifetime bans from the US.
