Idk its just always been a desire.
and with the way heart diseases and such run in my family getting my weight way down before my 30's is a good thing anyways. My moms only ever been slightly overweight at most and she has to take heart pills in her 40s.
Of course I think they over prescribe such things but still. If I'm staying alive for the long haul I don't want to deal with high blood pressure at least.
