Try to apply for benefits at the unemployment office. Keep in mind the programs and charities for low or no income such as for bills or food. Talk to your local food banks and see if the local churches or shelters offer any helpful programs. Attempt to obtain a reason for why you were fired. If you thought you were fired for legally protected reasons you might have legal recourse.

This, OP. Help is out there, but you have to ask (apply) in order to access it.

Unemployment/EBT is number one. Also you can use multiple food banks, they won’t turn you away.

I went to one today and they gave me a frozen ribeye steak, cage free eggs, ground beef, chicken thighs…actual, good food.

Try to land day labor gigs, too. Craigslist still has postings every now and then. Facebook groups (ex: Niggerville buy/sell/trade) are great too but check back often.

Can you move back in with family? Not ideal, but might help relieve the financial burden
