Hispanics I’d say age the worst, with a lot of black people and Asians. Once they hit like 50-55, 20 years of aging hits them all at once. Especially Asians, they get to like 60-65 and they age like 35 years overnight

This is exactly it. People who live in a healthier way will not hit the wall as hard and will look younger. Don't abuse your body and you'll keep looking better.

Take a quick look at the average upper middle class woman in her 20s to 40s. She is probably into fitness, eats organic, and is thin even after having kids.

This and no sunscreen. Skin damage is real and will toast your skin pretty bad if you don’t use sunscreen. UV rays are absolutely not a joke and will fuck you up.

This is the truth. My wife is the oldest of her siblings but looks the youngest. She was smart enough to get the fuck away from her family and hometown as soon as she was able. Her two younger sisters and brother all look easily 20 years older than they actually are. And all have chronic health issues. If you were to look at lifestyles and physical appearances there is no way you would think my wife was part of her family.
Those were spray sunscreens that were pulled off the market ages ago by the FDA. What you should worry about is they have the actual proper amount of SPF/UV protection that printed on the damn bottles.
