Dems are bad for the economy, right?
A couple of weeks ago I posted this chart that clearly shows that:
1 - There have been 11 US recessions in the past 75 years
2 - 10 of them began while a Republican was president
3 - Every Republican president except for Reagan had higher unemployment when he left office than when he took office
4 - Every Democrat president had lower unemployment when they left office than when they took office except for Carter, who had basically an the same rate at the end as the beginning

Furthermore, since its inception int he mid-1950s, ~85% of the S&Ps growth occured while a Democrat was president (when measured by percentage increase during their term, to negate the compounding factor)
*AND*
AVG real gdp growth was 4.23% while a Democrat was president vs. 2.36% under Republican admnistrations

The top five presidents since WW2 in terms of avg GDP growth are, in order:
Johnson, Kennedy, Truman, Clinton, Reagan

Anyway, when I posted this then, the maga and republitards bent themselves into silly straws (tm) trying to make excuses.

When will people finally realize that republicans are bad for the economy?

Dems are good on some policy areas and bad at others. I’d say overall they’re better on the environment and the economy. They’re retarded when it comes to most social issues.

First off, I don't care about social issues much, as I am way more of a social libertarian than anything else, but which social issues are you talking about?

Also, as for the environment, they are often very shortsighted. Case in point, the anti-nuclear power efforts of the 1970s and 80s have caused more environmental damage and exacerbated climate change more than any other policy.
