No it isn't. Yes, the ai "generates" the image, but HUMANS instruct it (prompting), much like humans put in coding to instruct how a website looks and functions. A website can't make itself, and ai can't gen images by themselves.

Plus, for those of us who used to be able to draw but now can't (nerve damage, athritis), it gives us a new lease on our desires to create.
