With the Gomco clamp it's possible that a part of the glans, not just the foreskin is amputated. Maybe this happened and the urethral changes were a secondary effect of the circumcision. Necrosis after mutilation can happen as well, so maybe some parts of your glans died off.

Its not all sunshine and rainbows being uncut. My foreskin is insanely sensitive, and easily gets rubbed raw from vanilla sex with lube (I have tried several different kinds and it does not do much).
