Unironically, I eat a quarter pounder every day with a large Coke Zero. The quarter pounder is only 520 calories and has a really good amount of protein. It also tastes really good if your McDonald's isn't garbage. That and McCrispy Deluxe usually is good enough to last me all day and night.
