Planning to buy a ~7 liters helium tank and then fill as plastic/polyethylene bag with it to not buy tubing. And then putting it over the head, inhaling just this one portion of helium, ensuring death with just two "ingredients". Any tips or ways to avoid mistakes?

Helium suppliers ALWAYS mix other gasses in for safety and to reduce cost, even if it says 99%. You need 99% helium, and even those suppliers of 99% most often fake the percentage. If the percentage is off you WILL feel like you are suffocating to death.

Just go get nitrogen dude.

And you need tubing, if any oxygen gets into the bag before you put it on your head it will feel like you are suffocating to death. There has to be no other gasses present. Even oxygen.

Ofc the redditors ask writing a whole ass paragraph of what they want to do and how they have 0 experience playing an instrument or even humming a fucking tune. As far as I know if you're able to exhale, your lungs will not be filled with CO2 and a feeling of suffocation happens when you have too much of the CO2 in your lungs. And also I've read that when there is at least 80% Helium, it will cause death, so 99% is pretty good. And when filling the bag, helium will replace oxygen, as it does in the lungs, so not much oxygen will enter. I might be wrong, of course, thank you for advice anyway.

when you hold your breath, the build-up of CO2 is what causes the discomfort and pain. That's why you have to use any gas other than CO2. Helium, argon, nitrogen, anything but CO2.

This, but not quite. As long as you are getting rid of the exhaled CO2, you will not have a physiological response.
