Try changing the size of your writing. Write bigger and write smaller. See if it changes how it flows. If you're concentrating too hard it can mess it up. Try not thinking about making it look nice. Just let your hand flow and swoosh. It will probably look silly at first, but after practice it should settle down into a nice, smooth form.

think about how pretty it is
think about how you can make it prettier
write more shit
repeat until its as pretty as you want it
practice maintaining that prettiness for at least a few hours.

same basic process goes for learning pretty much any skill

attempt, reflect, adapt, reattempt, reinforce

you need to do something in order to know what you did wrong/right.

I'm an expert at this because I suck at it. You write a girl and they're like I legitimately can't understand your hand writing.Write her an note anyway. What's she going to tell you the police of monitorying you. and shit like that. I'm not sure why either of us are corruspanduinging and things of shuch but she looks pretty good at that. they hired a gay assistant that is a chic and not a dude so maybe just write weird letters and they'll be like stop writing me this shit.
