Learn to make Schnitzel. I recommend Panko instead of the corn flakes/sesame seeds, but it doesn't really matter. Changing the recipe slightly can yield Schnitzel, cutlets for Pork, Chicken or Veal Parmigiana or Piccata, chicken-fried steak, chicken fingers, fish sticks, mozzarella sticks, or tons of other dishes. Take just about any protein, pound it flat, bread it, and fry it up. I'd recommend practicing on slices of pork loin. It's about the cheapest meat you'll find.
