Brother, if you're this new then just use forge or something. A million times easier to learn and then you can switch to comfyui later.

LCM sampler - Karras scheduler - 8-12 steps is usually what I do. Some people might do something different but I tend to get dogshit at higher steps

4x-NKMD-Superscale upscaler - 3 steps - 0.2-0.4 denoising strength - 1 hires cfg scale - I upscale by 1.5 or 2

CFG scale 1 or you can go up to about 1.5 if you really want negative prompts

Make sure you use adetailer for faces. Inpaint mask blur 20, inpaint denoising strength 0.14, 120 inpaint only masked padding pixels, 1024x1024 inpaint width and height


Someone might have more optimized settings but these do the trick for me. Obviously depends more on the LORA you're using as some are just shit.

One thing to remember, cfg = 1.2 only if you are using a negative text prompt. It increases gen time. But if you got fast gpu, it does't really matter.

So if you decide not to use negative text prompt, you can change it to "cfg = 1" and it will gen a lot faster.

Depending on Lora, do try steps 12, 15 , or 20, to see which one gives better results. Steps aren't always the same for all lora. You experiment with that

get chroma flash, and set cfg to 1 and steps to 8. I use euler/beta currently but there are better samplers and schedulers out there. I also use one of the chroma hyper loras at a mid weight (0.5) to help increase quality.

Anywho, its's about 8 seconds for a standard 1024x1024 image. Upscaling 1.5 times takes about 32 seconds (four tiles)
