I’m paying off a loan I took to cover surgery for my mother (she injured two lumbar vertebrae and to fix them they had to place metal rods and screws).

I live in a third-world country, and even with two jobs I don’t make enough to handle all the expenses. I have to take care of my mother and younger brother, and currently I’m the only one who can work.

I understand this isn’t the place for these kinds of requests, but I know there are all sorts of people here and maybe someone might be able to help me. If that’s the case, I’d be very grateful if you could give me a hand. It’s a complicated situation and, as you can understand, I’m under a heavy burden and a lot of stress.
