we've given africa like a trillion dollars in aid and they still cant figure it out. decade after decade of building schools, teaching the fucking retards how to farm and not drink mud water (its literally been 20,000 years i cant believe they havent figured it out), fighting diseases, etc. etc. and they are still barely functional.
