I've got a bunch of stray cats in my yard because my meth'd out neighbor feeds them. How do I deal with them? They tear up my shit, fuck and screech and spray and have kittens and I can't deal with it.

call your towns animal control and have them removed.. Easy no muss no issue's plus the neighbor will get finned if they find out its coming from them..

put bags of bath salts on the neighbors porch labelled police evidence contents : meth. That should deal with them.

I called them to ask about it a couple days ago. The guy was really upfront and said they're so backed up that they probably won't even come out. I live in a pretty shitty town.

I've thought about buying coyote urine or something like that, but with how much food she keeps out, I don't think it'll keep them away.

Sadly that dose not really work too well nor dose critter ridder as once the temps drop at night it has to be reapplied as it washes away or lessons it if on swaps and shit.. Try calling the county's animal control if the towns not gonna do anything about it. They too cold be backed up and do nothing about it. but its still worth a shot.. other wise you can buy a animated sprinkler system that turns on when it since's motion this during the winter will more then likely kill the cats tho sadly.. but for summer it works well..

Serious answer:
Get a bunch of orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit , bergamot, essential oil and spray them around your property. It will make things smell really nice and keep cats FAR away, citrus smells like toxic death to cats for whichever reason
