That’s because the current version of the popular left follows socialism/marxism and the very most basic idea at its core consists of class theory that says there’s oppressed A and oppressor B and the guilt of B extends to the whole group, that group A is the default state of all people, while people who end up in group B are ontologically evil and therefore there is nothing group A could do to member of group B that would be immoral as group B must be eliminated on a conceptual level.
