>misapply terms using accusations of fascism as an insult against the left
Seems pretty true though. It's the left who's authoritarian. It's the left always inciting violence from their government offices. It's the left who control TV, internet, and movies (still can't break in to radio yet). It's the left who are in control of the schools. And it's the left in control of businesses through policies like DEI and ESG. Who are the US right when it comes to globalists? On the left you have the WHO, IPCC, UN, EU, Soros, Klaus Schwab and the WEF, etc, and they're all trying to push an artificial agenda. Who on the US right is doing this? Look at the activists on the right, they promote things like safer communities, more freedom, more government accountability, constitutional rights. Now take a look on the left and it's the complete opposite. They defend corruption, they want to silence their opposition, and they want to strip you of your freedoms.
So no, it's not misapplied. The accusations are accurate.
