Fairly typical shilling from the left. They're obsessed by superficial bullshit and demonizing or humiliating people they hate over politics. Their narratives always seek that. Their politicians are always lauded for superficialities. Looks, charisma. In any discussion, they'll not have actual concrete things to complain about, it's almost always what "the bad guys" might do. Or some bullshit narrative with no backing.
Leftist are amoral people. Their entire ideology is centered around how everything is a social construct. So no objective morality or ideals. Only power struggles between groups. Individuals are just reflections of what groups they belong to, so everything is collectivist and not individual.
And their "achimenes" are always stuff like "the FiRst WoMAn of ColOr to bE UNdEr SecrEtarY of LabOr!" Meaningless bullshit so they can pack themselves on the back about how enlightened they are. Then the person who got the job turns because of their race or gender or whatever the fuck, turns out to be a total incompetent, and to point it out is "racist"
tl;dr- democrats are superficial, amoral, and performative. Narrative takes the place of achievement and competence. Demonization of opponents is common.
