Relying on a shot to the balls to save your ass in a street fight will land you in the hospital or dead. If you absolutely can't carry a good weapon, take a real self defense class. Knowing how to actually fight and having practice fighting other people will make you a match for just about any untrained person. Get really good and you can maybe take on two. Three, you're fucked. There's always going to be one behind you.
