I don't know. I had a random philosophical thought on how we treat people attracted to boys versus how we treat people attracted to girls. I feel like for some reason we view it as more morally fucked up to be a pedo for girls. Like girls are more "innocent" which I don't know is true or not. I think society throughout centuries (for the most part) frowned upon grown men with young girls. Meanwhile grown men and boys can date as far back as ancient Greece, Rome, and China. Even in some parts of the world like Thailand or some parts of the middle east it still goes on, consensual or not. Maybe society internalized it? Also girls are just inherently more protected over by both their mother and father. After a certain age boys are expected to "man up" which I think affects how people view male vulnerability.
