Oh welp... fraud can be a felony, but it can also be a misdemeanor depending on the specifics of the crime.
I hope they prosecute her for a federal felony "depending on the specifics."
So all they have to do is prove she committed fraud and then it AUTOMATICALLY BECOMES A FELONY because of "OTHER SPECIFICS" that DO NOT NEED TO BE NAMED OR EVER PURSUED IN THE FUTURE.
