last month I suffered a massive heart attack and literally died on my living room floor with no heartbeat at all. I was completely flatlined when my wife called 911 and performed CPR until they got here and defibrillated me. shocked me back into life again.

I had to undergo emergency heart surgery
It was horrible
It was so incredibly traumatic

But I've done it before

And it always kicks the life out of you.. dying... It has a way of kicking the life out of your ass
