eating healthy isn't about fancy recipes, it's about nutrition vs. daily/ weekly calories and avoiding poisons. Just cook a porkchop or chicken breast, preferably one from an animal not raised on grain (you can look up yourself about how this affects the healthiness of meat if you want), and roast some vegetables with it. Also don't get caught up in superfoods, that path is doing too much.

i eat lentils with a raw diced tomato and cabbage or kale also raw. some oil or butter. day in day out. sometimes rice, instead , sometimes mixed. sometimes even work weekdays, and only meat by weekend.
letting go of daily meat makes me feel better.
if i need a shot, i buy some gorgonzola or eggs.
also, starting to have my coffe without sugar. good change.

Cook all your food yourself. Try to cook with olive oil. Cook chicken meat, or salmon. Ground beef occasionally. Try to buy grass-fed meats, or wild caught seafood, if you can afford it.
Try to find vegetables you actually like. Eat avocados, they are nutritious and good for you. Milk is fine IMO if organic and grass fed.
Avoid sugar as much as possible, or things with added sugar.
Organic peanut butter is delicious and nutritious, just high in calories.
Eating some crap every now and then is ok, if you are eating well 80% of the time. If you eat crap one day, don't let it derail your plans.
Get some exercise from time to time, and lift heavy objects to build at least a little bit of muscle mass.

Take steps at a time, start by tracking what you eat every day, dont need names just write down the calories. Then start trying to plan meals, maybe not all healthy but on a schedule of only 3 meals a day with NO SNACKING. Final step would be finding recipes and making your own food that has healthy calories and all that.
