In the Sin City shot her areola are clearly shrunken and the smallest ever of all these shots, so her areola obviously contract a lot when she's cold
Also when they were filming The Dreamers, they said they were doing vodka shots before the nude scenes to not get nervous, so she probably wasn't feeling the cold there, and the scenes were all shot indoors, unlike the Camelot scene where it's outside
