Does the Jew who invented webp images know anyone can just right click the image, click copy image, paste it into MS Paint, and save it as a jpg? The only people that you're stopping from stealing your images are computer illiterate people.

You're confused about what WebP is. It has nothing to do with copy protection. It's just another image format, like a .wmv video file from Microsoft rather than a .mp4

4chan supports .webm which is the movie version of their picture format. We don't support webp either because of laziness or because it annoys redditfags.

Like all image files, WebP images are different sizes based the size of the image and the level of compression. Here's a screencap of some recent webp files I downloaded.

And don't get me started on animated webp.

Obvious b8 but there are browser extensions that auto convert webp trash

i'm not sure what you're trying to say.

if someone is stealing my art, they're going to be getting it from a public link. if i want to limit access to it, i can just upload it to a password protected site.
