Good evening. Tonight I am making some chicken thighs with some pasta and tomato sauce. Then later this week I will be making onigiri with a pork filling.
I seared my chicken thighs slightly in some butter with shallots, garlic, and fresh thyme, then I added my tomato sauce, some tomato paste, and a bit of water along with additional seasonings. I'm gonna let that simmer covered in the sauce for a couple hours then remove the sticks of thyme, and the chicken thighs. My pasta is gonna be tossed with fried garlic, parsley, and parmesan cheese before I add the tomato sauce to it.

What is the local noodle called? Is it spätzle? Makinf a sauce would be extremely easy. Just use the same oan you cooked the chicken in after ypu cook the chicken so it incorporates those flavors.

Nah, you gotta do some wine. Just, like, a half a cup to the hot pan to deglaze and whisk it around. So long as your pan isn't full of grease no extra steps need to be taken.
