Well don't stop now, I'm serious. My friends wife is a doctor and talks about this stuff. A lot of her older patients are pretty much the walking dead due to these issues that they ignored when they were younger. I've watched this play out with people in my own family. Older siblings with one who took care of themselves and are still able to (enjoying their life I might add) and the other in a home needing psws. You're too overweight for your age and I'm right there with you. Congratulations on loosing 30lbs though, that's my goal.
