Biden's Attorney General (and Obama's Supreme Court Justice Nominee -- which thankfully Mitch McConnell blocked), Merrick Garland's son in law owns the company (or one of the company's) which made CRT material that was being promoted in public schools. This is a conflict of interest. Merrick Garland abused his position within the government to go after teachers and parents who protested against the teaching of CRT, labeling them "domestic terrorists" and so forth:
