this one helped me a lot. use chatgpt to create a tool to help you sample 5 second 81 frame videos from other videos. normalize them to 16 fps. focus on good motion in the 5 second windows don't spoil your dataset with 'meh motion' videos. on the resolution of the training data you can go veeeeery low. i use square vids 256x256 and 256x144 or vice versa for the other vids and it fits into 24gb vram.

you can get okayish working face loras of celebs with images only. threw my watson sdxl dataset in a t2v training and it works surprisingly well and can even help stabilize the face in a i2v workflow.

i usually am somewhere around .6-.9 for my character lora weight. the shittier the lora is the less weight i use, think of it like cooking you wanna find a balance and if a lora is trained bad it'll be way too strong at 1.

for auto face inpainting look into face detailer in the comfyui impact pack, also make sure you have some kinda basic upscale workflow so you're doing for example 896x1152 -> 1.5x upscale -> face detail

Tried comfy, got everything installed including comfy manager, and put biglust and the loras in the right folders. No idea what to do from there though. Don't know what to do to make pictures or videos from loras, or tell it which lora to use. Fooocus was much easier to understand but didn't have the settings options like steps, cfg, or sampler. Then again I couldn't find where to set that in comfy either. Might have to abandon my pursuits here.

That said whoever suggested grok imagine for image to video was spot on. I wish supergrok wasn't so expensive or else I'd buy that because regular grok won't do NSFW stuff. Best I got it to do was lingerie/bikini stuff.

Absolutely, but if you are just learning, I would get the hang of simple workflows, then adding a lora, then 2 loras, then face detailers, then hand detailers, then upscalers... and so on and so on. Some models like Wan have their own UI

There's a json file here. put it in the workflow folder, have the installer install all the missing nodes, google all the missing files (some are in the OP gofile) and once that's done, you'll have a pretty good workflow with detailers and an upscaler (set tiling to 1024 or it will crash).
