A'ight.

Fascism is denying you're truly capable of thinking and deciding for yourself. It's stating that those who are stationed above you must be listened to because they're above you. No matter how unfit, self serving, or just plain idiotic the person who has been appointed above you, you MUST obey.

Fascist then paper over this fundamental problem with the wallpaper of "But if you follow me, we can return to our mythic past." First, this is a lie, because it's by its nature a myth. They tell you they can return to a world that didn't exist, which gives away the game, but it _feels_ good, because things are so shit now.

So they teach you to distrust your own senses, and as long as you don't think, your life will be better than others lives, despite it only being better because the system is designed to make their life worse... specifically so you accept the shitty deal they've given you.

Do you really think you're going to be the one in charge? No, you're going to be the new slave labor, or bullet catcher, meanwhile the elites that have now solidified their position laugh while thinking about you, if they ever think about you at all.

As are republicans.

Quite a few Democrat politicians are, however most Democratic voters believe in the ideal of "fixing the problems". However they try to use the tools provided in the Constitution to do so, instead of realizing that many of the problems are 'cooked in'. Just the fact that we are a two party system allows the creation of a political duopoly, where you have authoritarian-fascist Republicans trying to solidify power in the hands of moneyed elites, and a designated-token resistance Democratic party designed to fail to stop this authoritarian power grab and instead get 'wins' on social issues that aren't materially useful to the populace.

The true answer is that we need a multitude of political stances because people aren't just red or blue flavored. However that would require actual revolution against the oppressive system, and people aren't willing to do that. So we're stuck with the slow descent into madness.

And yes, I know that you don't give a fuck, you don't need to think, your Gestapo officer does that for you. Or do you have something besides thought terminating statements to make?

I'm assuming not, but I'm open to being surprised.

I'm not surprised at the thought ending cliche, but I am disappointed.

Ah well, that's what I get for tossing pearls of wisdom in front of swine. You shall reap what you have sown.

Typical of the left to fling cheap insults at everyone who disagrees with them.

If you go far enough to the left, everyone is a Russian log posting chud name of Cleetus.
