Israel probably has unique IPs that are intended for other countries already. Not even talking VPN or proxies. Like they have entire data centers using foreign IPs they aren't supposed to have.

Crazy thought.. maybe twitter isn't his main source of profit and he doesn't care if less profits means the site itself is better?
It's not like Hiro is running 4chan at maximum profitability either, it's hardly unheard of for someone who cares about freedom of speech to operate a website less-than-optimally if it allows free expression. Even fucking reddit used to follow that ideal.
