I would use the same colour as the jelly I'm eating, but I would have a hard time deciding on the exact colour of the jelly, because I can't see it.
I would have to rely on my sense of touch to tell me what colour the jelly is.

the whole point of the video is that the jellies look like they are moving in slow motion, which is a sign that there is something wrong with the camera or the jellies.
