Have any of you really made friends with a neo-Nazi?

I have made friends with people who call themselves neo-nazis but in the next breath they will say black people are really nice, or that jews deserved the holocaust, it didn't happen, or didn't deserve it. Basically they are contrarian to whatever was last said. So I do not think they are real neo-nazis.

the problem with befriending someone with extreme views in any direction is that for them to really be what they claim to be, their views have to become their entire personality and it will grate on you to have to be anywhere near them. You wouldn't be able to do anything, without it being conducted through the lens of race

Yes. And I'm a commie. It's all about a basic level of respect and willingness to hear opposing views without feeling the need to change them to your own. Sadly I see almost no one practicing that.

Had a friend like this. Just had to be the edgy contrarian that shocked everybody. Would fart like a Clydesdale horse in public and claim he couldn’t help it.

He started me on drugs and we had some real wild sex. Stopped talking to him because he was really getting into the nazi stuff way too much. Once had the police called on him at a party because what he was saying upset the host, he was asked to leave and he refused.

Last time I saw him he claimed he saw a video of me having sex with underage boys on the internet. And if it wasn’t me, it was the spitting image of me, the video is going viral and my whole life is ruined. Told him to call the police if he’s found child porn going viral. 6 months later I get interrogated by police who show up on my doorstep accusing me of being a pedo because of an “anonymous tip”. I’ve since heard he claimed to someone that I’m in prison.

A guy who lived in the street I grew in became a gun loving extremist later on in life. I practically grew up side by side with this guy in a house just a few paces away and I became the exact opposite of what the guy has become.

Your life experiences truly defines who you will become later on in life. If you get mugged repeatedly by black people there is a chance you will resent black people.

If Jews retake possessions of the house that you cherished and invested on over the years there is a chance you could harbor some hate toward the Jews.

If a cat piss on your head you might have trouble later on in life adopting a cat.

That's how relationship works.

I had a black friend in the city who ended up getting stuck in an apartment with a Nazi. Like covered with swastikas type. My friend was fresh out of the army.
Funny enough they got along really well. After a few years they made all kinds of jokes about it and we're good friends.
The Nazi claimed he was still racist and still believed the same stuff, but it's kind of hard to believe that when he's happy living with the enemy.

Like I always say, the true enemy is the people telling you to hate each other.
