Take a shit ton of sleeping pill. Go to Walmart and buy a pack of Soma sleeping pills and a bottle of Benadryl, then buy a bottle of your favorite liquor. Down the entire thing of Soma and as many Benadryl as you can, then drink your liquor of choice as quickly as you can. You'll pass out before you die, the Benadryl and alcohol will keep you from panicking and help make sure the sleeping pills do their job. Alternatively find some Fentanyl and snort a big ass line. Either do it or shut up about it.
