Vibes. I met plenty of guys at restaurants who weren't the best with money, were just decent looking and could easily get laid because they were fun people to be around. Granted, you can only attract people that like that vibe, but I'm sure there will be more people attracted to the vibe of a bartender just getting by than a more serious and financially responsible person. If you've spent time with both, who would you choose to hang out for a good time?
