I really don't enjoy my job right now but the market looks pretty damn bleak so I feel like I should suck it up and stay here.
I work in tech on medical devices in the US. Company is kind of fucked from three fronts: tarrifs, FDA cuts, and Medicare cuts. Regardless, we're getting tight deadlines while being short staffed.
I just can't maintain this work cadence after steady grinding for the last 7 months. I'm burning out.

My boss loves to use the typical platitudes of "look it's my job to ensure you have the needed support to succeed" but there's never any action to back that up, even when I give him direct action items.
I'm putting out feelers. Not sure if I want to consider international options since that's a whole other mountain I'm probably not prepared to tackle.

depends on industry etc. I'm getting made redundant due to external changes outside our control, and I have multiple companies trying to hide me. I'm a bog standard sysadmin.
