You can always pick up a pen.
Unsure how "complete beginner friendly" most of these are but complete beginners improve off anything regardless.
Personal reccs:
> How to draw by Scott Robertson
> Perspective made by Ernest R. Norling eazy if How to Draw is too difficult and not in public domain enough for you.
> Color and Light by Artist Master Series for welll... color and light.
> Design and Invention by Michael Hampton for anatomy.
But remember the body is made out of complex forms of fat mucle and etc. that shift around in motion and not simplified boxes.
That one artsytsaa video "Secrets to lineart" then For lineart that one Lines Sensei video.
As a early beginner the 10 min youtube tutorials are OK because they give you a quick introduction to basic concepts and mindsets but you should watch them along side books and be aware they can make you stagnate on account of all of them being basic shit
But after that books and reading lists will give you much better progress.
Also critique is your best friend. Any flaw not pointed out does is like a day 0 exploit being discovered for lack of better way of explaining myself.
