I want to make an oc("original character") that's a mass shooter. what can I do to make her a good character? And is there a better place to ask for this advice?

Serious answer, maybe try reading the manifesto or diary/ ramblings of an actual shooter? For example, that faggot Elliot Rodger thought the world owed him a girlfriend, totally a narcissist, not sure if the selfie videos of him or his diary is available on the internet. I know, I was in the Danish equivalent of that back then, but then I grew up and realized that communism is just fascism that is trying to be perceived as compassionate.
I bet a bunch of the kids he murdered would have joined me in changing their minds, but Breivik made sure they didn't have that chance.
It's sort of similar to when Kirk was murdered, I didn't agree with him on some things, but I thought it was horrible that people were celebrating his death and calling for the rest of his family to go.
Charlie didn't deserve to die for his opinions and neither did Breivik's victims, it is simply not okay when homicidal political zealots murder anyone.
So yeah, if you aren't trolling, do some soul searching, because you are acting exactly like the leftards did about Kirk, in relation to the victims of Breivik.

Then work in subtle undertones of how the meds are causing all kinds of emotional outbursts while the residual testosterone creates a propensity to anger and violence. On a brighter note, I was unknowingly part of converting a guy out of Nazi beliefs alongside a group of my friends, by founding and running a volunteer run music venue and hang out spot with them, that welcomed him in with open arms and treated him so decently that he ended up setting up a meeting with the administrative members, fessing up to having been sent there as a spy from a white pride group and asking for their help to get in contact with a danish NGO research group called Redox.
This organization monitors the actions and members of actual white supremacist and neonazi groups in Denmark and also functions as an exit program for members of those groups that want to distance themselves from it in a solid and definitive manner.
After a bit of vetting, where he argued that he had never been treated so well by anyone but us and that this had changed his mind, the administrative members agreed to help him out and now years later he is still active at the venue, everyone knows of his past and how he changed and it is generally considered a topic of pride in functionality of our project that things happened like that.
