At least half of the anons will give you a catbox you can drop into Comfy to check their workflow. You can also find some on CivitAI. Some could be more advanced if you are not familiar with the basics.

I had done a smaller, "simplified" workflow for a fren which you could check I guess: https://files.catbox.moe/314cbh.png
This tries to eliminate all the custom nodes, so it's closer to Comfy defaults.
Make sure all the KSamplers (there's 3 of them) have the appropriate values according to the checkpoint you use - eg. steps, cfg, sampler, scheduler.
You can also swap the KSampler (Advanced) nodes to simple KSamplers, just give them a denoise value of around 0.3

Overall looks good to me. Some stuff that comes to mind:
I also use a slightly higher step count and lower CFG than that, like >>941371590 mentions. Your setup is fine also if you are okay with the colors; lower CFG will probably lower the saturation and chance for color burn.
You can check with another sampler+scheduler combo to see what you like. Eg. euler ancestral + exponential seems to be a choice of a lot of anons.
Hands can be model/LoRA/style dependent. If you're really struggling, you can add a hand detailer as a last resort.
Also, I've had better results by upscaling with an upscale model (before the 2nd sampler pass). I think the link in >>941371262 has examples for that.
