These numbers are actually wrong. They are based on arrests, not the total number of murders. Murders committed by black people are solved at significantly lower rates because blacks don't cooperate with the police and because the backlog of crime in black neighborhoods is so bad. If you look at the total number of murders are do some basic math, you see that Blacks actually commit about 65 percent of the total murders.

Another problem is that Hispanics are often lumped in with whites. The actual number for whites is lower. The murder rate for whites in the US is about the same as it is in France.
