Pretty much. Almost every war for the last hundred years was started by jews to decimate non-jews, and most of the time jews were controlling both "sides" to make war as deadly as possible. The war between Russia and Ukraine, with jews openly defending it from both sides, yet with thousands of non-jewish casualties, is probably one of the best examples.
