I've noticed anons talking to other anons as if they know who they are when they are listed as anonymous. Are these lowkey mods with post history view or is this some tool they use that tracks IP and let's them tag the user? I've seen a few misreference a few times so they are probably just guesses sometimes.

Well, I've just been seeing some suspect posts as if the replier knows more than they should without any clues or post traits.

I guess it's just paranoia thinking I'm the only one who doesn't know we aren't really anonymous. I have zero reservation appearing like a dumbass for asking dumb questions given the peace of mind knowing I'm still anonymous. Not to protect myself, but to prevent people from replying to a new post biased to my user. I want people thinking each post is a new person. Or at least close to it.

can sort of be said for most of the board in general, but its particularly bad here with the bot/spam occupying most of the threads during their shifts

Your image file name is jorsegirl.jpg so unless you manually renamed it, or have a plugin that preserves the name, that file is not a repost from here.

Most images like this have a serial number attached. This will show the thread you saved an image from. Also you can track when the same file is posted. So you can build a relation between which posters post which files and where they saved them from. You can map out previous times they posted it.

Some times this gets broken if you have multiple people save the same image from the same thread and then re-use it a bunch. But for like 97% of the time, you can know if someone posted an image with a serial number you can see all the other times that poster posted that image and what comments they made all the other times when using it. You can see what threads they viewed and build a model of the user.

Works better on boards with ID's so you can track every post they make in any thread they post any image in and link it all up together and buil up quite the post history profile on someone.

And all this is without mod tools.

But also when you frequent certan threads ppl get to know you based off persinality and shit.
