I think he was closer to Chaotic Neutral than anything. Pure chaos, not aligned good or bad. If we are using standard alignment rules for D&D, alot of psychopaths fall in this category.

He's an accelerationist of the systems eventual end result. He classified himself the title of Agent of Chaos to simply be poetic about it. Every civilization has and will face the chaos at the end of their life cycle like a an old phoenix dies horribly before coming back from the ashes anew.
