My friend moved those beds for work and almost broke his back trying to lift them. He's an adult man in good shape. Finnish normal hospital beds weight about 80-110 kg (176-242 pounds) and those strap beds are a little bit heavier. The purpose of the beds is to stay on the ground and not even a super fat person can accidentally knock them over.
BUT I could be wrong and the hospital has a cheap, lighter version for cost-saving reasons.
