Why is that guy all on his own in a place with women who looks much younger than him and what is up with his lack of fashion sense?
He's standing there in a worn ass sweater with a variation of brown stains and sweat bleached marks, which he has tucked into a pair of khaki trousers that looks too tight in the waist and too long and baggy for his legs, which on one bright side obscures his dirty off brand Crocs.
He'd have to be the inventor of exquisite charm and social interactions in order to overcome that outfit.
Also while most socially awkward people aren't inherent rapists, there is something to be said about why there is a prejudice about shy awkward guys at parties having people wonder whether they are rapey.
Sneaky fuckers or rapists as people commonly know them come in various packages and behaviors. One of those variations is the shy, awkward and unassuming guy at parties, who is hanging around in a corner, scoping out the people who are drinking more than they can handle or passing out on drugs, in order to get them on their own somewhere to fuck them while they can't protest and/or remember it happening after the fact.
What you are decrying is people extrapolating the actions of an individual in a group onto the entire group, like when women call rape a masculine crime while glossing over that about half of all rapes are done by women and the fact that the vast majority of men wouldn't rape even if they had the chance to do so without being caught.

It seems like no one cares if you're actually a creep/rapist/kidnapper/pedophile or not. All people care about is if you fit their stereotype of what one looks like. This is especially weird from a society that claims to be "enlightened" and claims to value things like "fact checking" and "not judging".
