I watched this movie in the theaters 6 times when Jurassic park originally came out. I didn't catch it until my 3rd viewing but that scene where she is trapped in the car, covered in mud, and the T-Rex is attacking. She had a nip slip in that scene. It's brief but you can see down her shirt and the nipple is clearly visible. When the movie finally came out on video they cut the slip out.
