Correct. Talking about trannies is talking about a group of mentally ill individuals with a poor grasp on reality and an extremely strong tendency to act in ways that show what a horrible person they are.
/pol/ is about politics. Things related to governments, politicians, and the affects they have on the world.
This should not need explained but you strike me as someone in need of an explanation due to being extremely unwell mentally.
