I put in something fairly basic like:
Remove her shirt to show her nude body. Give her b-cup sized breasts, light brown small nipples.
Even something basic like that can churn out good results.
Sometimes I'll try to be more specific so it doesn't create something that looks too fake like:
Make sure her breasts match the quality and lighting of the original photo I shared.
