I've encountered both good cops and bad cops. I encountered a douchebag cop who put me in hand cuffs and searched my pockets just because I was walking through a shopping mall parking lot after hours, I didn't have an attitude but he sure did. Another time I was pulled over for not having my lights on and the cop had a smile on his face and even though my drunk friends in the back didn't have a seatbelt on he let us go without a ticket.
